Use of PDF Patterns and Printed Patterns included in Kits

Patterns are for personal and individual use only.  This means that the purchaser of my patterns may use them to personally make finished items for self or as gifts, or in small quantities to sell at craft fairs, or on sites like Etsy, or on personal websites, as long as credit is given for the pattern design in any written description of the item.  You may not use my patterns for mass production of items.  You may not distribute reprinted copies of the pattern or a digital copies of the pattern.  You may not post any part of the pattern online.

You may only teach my patterns with my express permission. You must have permission to teach my patterns to your guild or any group.  If permission is granted, the  patterns used in a class must be purchased from me. If you are interested in teaching, please contact me. If I have retired the pattern from my teaching schedule, I will be willing to work out a group rate for patterns.   Please contact me for more information and a group rate for the pattern.

Shipping and Delivery

Purchasing PDF patterns: Your computer must be able to download and open zipped (compressed) files. For each pattern purchased you will have three (3) downloads and  24 hours to download and save a copy to your device.

If something happens and you exceed your downloads without saving the document, contact me and I will do my best to reset the downloads.  When I reset the downloads, please save the document on a computer before opening it on a tablet.

Kits: Kits purchased will be shipped USPS  within 5 days of purchased.  Usually kits will be shipped with in 24 hours, however, I am often away from my studio teaching.  If I am away when your kit is ordered, your kit will be my first priority when I return.
I only ship kits to US addresses.

Return Policy

I do not offer returns on downloaded PDF patterns or kits.

I work very hard to have complete kits and well proofed, tested patterns…but mistakes happen. I apologize up front, I will do my best to make it right.

If your kit has parts missing or defective unusable parts, please notify me (contact me) and I will ship you what ever you are missing or whatever is defective as soon as possible.  **Please note that I am unable to provide replacement parts for kits that were sold on this site or at events two (2) or more years before contact about said problem.  

If you find a mistake(s) or typo in a pattern please let me know (contact me).  I will make corrections and send you a link to the ‘new and improved’ pattern.

Taxes

Customers are solely responsible for all sales tax for orders shipped outside of Montana.
